We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in volunteer and production management, budget tracking, scheduling, logistics and communications. The Project Manager/Associate Producer works with the Director of the show and reports directly to the Executive Director of The Majestic . The Project Manager/Associate Producer’s role is to assure that key deadlines met and critical objectives are achieved. The role crosses function between administration and production. Seeking Rehearsal and Production Stage Manager and TWO Assistant Stage Managers for RENT
The Majestic Theatre seeks stage management staffing for its upcoming production of RENT, opening November 2012. We are looking for a single stage manager to cover the rehearsal and production period of the work. We are seeking two Assistant Stage Managers to support the production process. We are seeking a highly experienced community stage manager to support the implementation of a new working system for our theater rehearsal and production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills, be capable at multi-tasking and managing many volunteers, and support the objectives and systems of the organization while serving the goals and priorities of the production.

The Majestic Theatre is seeking applications from audio engineers for fee based work opportunities through the remainder of 2011-2012 Season and beyond. The Majestic produces and presents music bookings of all kinds, from swing bands to folk, funk to rock and roll. We have certain projects appropriate to early career engineers. We also have projects requiring highly refined engineers with great experience for projects such as our upcoming collaboration with Tony-nominated Actor Tsidii LeLoka.
