Corvallis Arts for All

About
In February of 2010, the City of Corvallis created the Arts & Culture Commission to advise the City Council in all matters pertaining to Arts and Culture. The Corvallis Arts and Culture Commission was dedicated to advocating for, advising, and promoting Corvallis and its creative community.
Corvallis Arts for All (CAFA), a program of the Corvallis Arts & Culture Commission, was launched in 2012 with the goal of providing low-income members of our community with affordable access to live arts performances.
The program offers up to two $5 tickets per Oregon Trail Cardholder to plays, concerts, opera, dance recitals, and other events sponsored or promoted by participating arts organizations. Anyone in the SNAP (formerly food stamps) program can qualify for the $5 ticket simply by displaying his or her Oregon Trail Card when purchasing tickets.
Each arts organization determines which of its events will be eligible for the CAFA discount. Many groups also display the CAFA logo on their event posters, mailers, ads, and other materials.
The Arts & Culture Commission was sunsetted in 2019 with Parks & Recreation - Cultural Arts and Community Engagement Supervisor taking over managing the program.
