The City of Corvallis is managing the reopening of City facilities in alignment with Benton County's reopening plan and Governor Brown's statewide framework.
Here's a look at what's open and what's closed at the City.
General Public Access Guidelines
Most City offices, facilities, public lobbies, and customer service areas are OPEN as of Thursday, December 10, 2020. Masks are required statewide when in public. This includes customers, visitors, employees, and contractors at all City facilities. Visitors will be required to follow posted signs to accommodate physical distancing guidance. Many City services, including Parks and Recreation sign-ups, bill payments, and building permits, can be accessed online at www.corvallisoregon.gov.
Parks & Recreation
In accordance with the latest State of Oregon Governor’s guidelines, many activities programs and services are available throughout Parks and Recreation. Participants will be required to maintain all COVID-19 prevention strategies including physical distancing during all activities and mask wearing during most. The following is a summary of P&R services at this time:
The Majestic Theatre is open and available for most programs and services including facility reservations, rehearsals, filming and more. Business office and box office services are open and available over the phone or on-line; in person services are limited by appointment only at this time. Productions are offered weekly via on-line streaming and you are encouraged visit www.corvallisoregon.gov/mt for more information.
