Season’s Greetings! As the weather turns colder, we here at the Majestic turn to our donors in hopes of securing their warmth and generosity on behalf of our amazing community arts programs. Last year, we ended our holiday donation drive with over $38,000 being donated. This year, we hope to increase that number to $50,000 and to find ourselves three-fourths of the way to our annual goal of $75,000.
What does your donation make happen here at the Majestic? Donations allowed our volunteers to bring to life the technicolor dreamland of Catch Me If You Can with over 100 handmade costumes, and advanced staging technology. It fuels our support of local community arts organizations such as Willamette Apprentice Ballet, Modern Dance Technique, Pacific Tap Dance Company, Downtown Dance, Majestic Reader’s Theatre Company, Tart of the Valley Burlesque, Majestic Playwright’s Lab, Corvallis Access Media and many others to our stage. It supports our ability to provide low or no cost hosting to community organizations like the OSU College of Liberal Arts, Dam Right Drag Night, and the Arc Drama Squad. We aim to foster the dreams and ideas of our creative arts community and bring new programs to life. Only with your support can we continue to amplify all of the passion, brilliance, and creativity that our little stretch of the Mid-Valley has become renowned for.

The Majestic Theatre is part of the City of Corvallis, a municipal corporation, and thus donations to us are tax deductible. However, we are not a 503c and donations do not qualify for the OCT Match / Tax Credit. Along with your holiday contribution, please join us for our annual celebration of all things Majestic: The Majestic Holiday Spectacular on December 15, 2018. Come ring in the holidays with an evening of acting, dancing, singing, and much much more as we celebrate all the wonderful arts and culture programs that make up the Majestic Theatre. This evening acts as the pinnacle of our holiday donation drive and culminates in celebrating the Majestic STAR program. Our STAR donors are those who contribute over $100 within one calendar year, so be a STAR this holiday season with your donation!
