Dracula, the Musical? by Rick Abbot
Proposed by director Michael Wren
Music direction by David Campbell
Play Synopsis
A delightful spoof horror musical about a family-run asylum after Dracula himself moves in next store.
Vision Statement
This is a very funny spoof of the Dracula story. It is a one set play and gives all the actors a chance to show their skills. I was in this play years ago, and people came out of the woodwork to see it. Even if they don't know the play, Dracula always draws a crowd. Ethnicity is not important, the best actors will be cast. I would be doing it in period costumes and in a big farcical presentation.
